Clark & Soma provides building automation and controls consulting from Central Indiana. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used. Questions can be sent to info@clarkandsoma.com.

Information you submit: the contact form collects your name, email address, and message, plus optional details you choose to add (company, facility type, city and state, building size, existing BAS platform, and urgency). The self-guided service finder sends answers to us only if you choose to submit them through the contact form.

Information collected automatically: the site uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). On public pages, Vercel Speed Insights measures Core Web Vitals such as loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability. Speed Insights reports performance values with technical context including the page route and connection speed; metric URLs omit query strings and page fragments. Speed Insights does not report measurements from the client portal. If you submit the contact form, the inquiry also includes an anonymous journey identifier, the first page visited, the referring page when your browser supplies it, and campaign parameters present in the URL. The site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

How your information is used: to respond to your inquiry, understand which site path led to it, scope and deliver requested services, maintain ordinary inquiry and business records, and operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers: inquiry notifications and visitor receipts are delivered by Resend; inquiry details and site-attribution fields are stored in Supabase; and Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregate usage and performance measurement. Each processes data on our behalf to provide the service.

Retention and your choices: inquiry and attribution details are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email info@clarkandsoma.com.
