Clark & Soma provides building automation and controls consulting from Indianapolis, Indiana. This policy describes what information this website collects and how it is used. Questions can be sent to info@clarkandsoma.com.

Information you submit: the contact form collects your name, email address, and message, plus optional details you choose to add (company, facility type, city and state, building size, existing BAS platform, and urgency). The 60-second assessment sends answers to us only if you choose to submit them through the contact form.

Information collected automatically: the site uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

How your information is used: to respond to your inquiry, to scope and deliver requested services, and to operate and secure the site. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers: inquiry emails are delivered by Resend; the site is hosted on Vercel; the client portal runs on Supabase. Each processes data on our behalf to provide the service.

Retention and your choices: inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. To ask what we hold about you or to request deletion, email info@clarkandsoma.com.
