Clark & Soma Controls provides building management system (BMS) and HVAC controls consulting, assessments, integration work, and ongoing monitoring for commercial and multi-tenant properties in Central Indiana.
All services are scoped and priced individually by written proposal. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or service commitment — agreements are formed only through signed proposals.
Quotes and proposals
Every proposal includes scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline. Standard payment terms are 50% deposit at signing and 50% on delivery unless otherwise specified in writing.

The content on this site — descriptions, images, dashboard previews — is for informational purposes. Any performance figures or energy savings estimates are typical for buildings of the described type and will depend on your building's current condition, equipment, and operating patterns.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver accurate assessments and well-configured controls work, but like any consulting engagement, results depend on site conditions beyond our direct control. Our total liability for any service is limited to the fees paid for that service.
