What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you share about your property.
This site uses Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service that collects anonymized, aggregated page view data (pages visited, referrer, browser type, and general location). It does not use cookies, fingerprinting, or personal identifiers. No personal information is collected automatically from your browser.
How we use it
We use what you share only to:
- Respond to your inquiry.
- Schedule a controls assessment or site visit.
- Send you the report or proposal you requested.
- Follow up on active service engagements.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
How we store it
Contact form submissions are delivered to our business inbox so we can respond to your inquiry. We may then enter the same information into our internal operating tools for follow-up. Access is limited to Clark & Soma Controls. We may use service providers that help deliver those inquiry emails.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information we have about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information entirely.
