What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and the message you share about your property.
This site does not use analytics, cookies, or tracking scripts. We do not collect any information automatically from your browser.
How we use it
We use what you share only to:
- Respond to your inquiry.
- Schedule a controls assessment or site visit.
- Send you the report or proposal you requested.
- Follow up on active service engagements.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
How we store it
Your information is stored in our internal lead management system on secure infrastructure. Email notifications are delivered through Resend, a transactional email service. Access is limited to the owner of Clark & Soma Controls.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information we have about you.
- Correct anything that is inaccurate.
- Delete your information entirely.
